In the Meet Your Learner Workshop Series, we’ll help you do the same via empathy mapping and personas and explain how they can help you start thinking about your learners. We leverage our advertising and UX research experience in 1-on-1 workshops to help you understand your learner’s goals and priorities. This will help you focus and improve everything from your writing and design style, to the format of your course, to your marketing strategy.
